Meal Plan Packages
How It Works
Check the Menu – Our weekly meal prep menu is posted every Monday by 8:00 PM. Browse our delicious plant-based options and plan your order.
Place Your Order – Orders must be submitted by Friday at 11:59 PM for delivery or pick-up the following Monday. Please double-check your order before submitting. If your order is incomplete, we will select an item from the menu to complete it.
We Prepare Your Meals – Every Monday, we freshly prepare and package your meals with high-quality ingredients and soulful flavors.
🚗 Delivery & Pick-Up Options
Delivery:
Time: Mondays between 3:00–6:00 PM
Fee: Starts at $8–$10, depending on your location
Service Area: Delivery available within a 15-mile radius
Cooler Bags:
Weekly Clients: Receive a reusable insulated cooler bag.
Occasional Clients: Meals will be packed with ice packs in standard bags.
Not Home? Meals will be left at your door in an insulated cooler bag (weekly clients only) with ice packs. If you prefer not to have your meals left outside, please select pick-up instead.
Pick-Up:
Time: Mondays from 4:00–6:00 PM
